Description:
This patch is to add in the ability for a list of "Registered Servers" to choose from instead of always typing the server name. To provide this functionality - it was easiest to add a SQL Server database. This can be either attached to SQL Server express - or moved to a full SQL Server RDBMS. Additionally, for the registered servers list page the GridView control was used instead of a DataGrid.

Additionally, in the Web.Config file there is a new application setting to define a domain group that will have administrative rights to this registered servers list. If this setting is blank, then everyone has full rights. This list can be multiple groups delimited by ,;:

When testing the last two patches with a non-sysadmin account there was an inconsistency or two and one situation in which a "crash" page displayed. This patch is to correct these two issues in the last two patch files.

This patch is to add in the ability to change the password for a SQL Server login account. The fields will be readonly onscreen if editing a Windows Integrated account, and read write for a SQL Server login account.
